Common problems and solutions of laser marking machine
Breakdown 1: laser intensity drops, mark is not clear enough
①Whether the laser resonant cavity changes; fine tune resonant cavity lens. Make the output spot best;
②The output power of acoustooptic crystal offset or acoustooptic power supply is low; adjust the position of acoustooptic crystal or enlarge the working current of acoustooptic power supply;
③Enter the vibration mirror laser deviation Center: adjust the laser; if the current is about 20A, still strong enough: krypton lamp aging, replace the new light.
Fault 2: krypton light does not trigger (refer to the NTP power manual)
①Check all power connections;
②Aging krypton lamp, replacing krypton lamp.
Attention to operation of laser marking machine
①No water or water circulation is not allowed, the laser power supply and the Q power supply are started under abnormal conditions;
②Q power is not allowed to work without load (that is, the output of the Q power supply is suspended);
③Abnormal occurrence, first turn off the mirror switch and key switch, and then check;
④Do not allow other components to be started before the krypton lamp is lit to prevent high voltage channeling into the damaged components;
⑤Note that the output of laser power (anode) is suspended to prevent ignition and breakdown of other electric equipment;
⑥Keep the water clean in circulation. Clean the water tank regularly and change clean deionized water or pure water.
Use and replacement of krypton lamp
Turn off the water cooler, the laser power supply.
Open the upper three cavity lid, remove the lamp or crystal to be replaced, put it in place and fit the cover.
Hot water chiller, laser power supply, the laser power supply current (15~20) A or so.
1 small pieces of wood or black paper are placed between the front diaphragm and the expander lens, and the spot formed by laser ablation shall be seen.
If not, adjust the three knob of the front diaphragm frame slightly until the spot appears.
When the laser is debugged, the three knobs of the front diaphragm frame should be adjusted repeatedly to make the spot strongest. If the laser is too strong and the brightness is too high to be observed, the current of the supply can be reduced.
Turn off the laser power.
Special note: time to replace krypton lamp.
The krypton lamp manufacturer in the laser indicated that the life time of krypton lamp was 300 hours, but the above time could not be used as the sole basis for the replacement of krypton lamp because of the different user conditions.
With the time increasing, decreasing the luminous efficiency of krypton lamp, the laser output also decreased, many users in order to obtain the laser output enough, will increase the current of the laser power, the krypton lamp luminescence enhancement, the krypton lamp aging accelerated, form a vicious spiral, sometimes causing lamp explosion phenomenon. To prevent this from occurring, we recommend the user to determine whether krypton lamps should be replaced by the following method.
When replacing a new krypton lamp, record the value of the laser power supply current meter for normal marking as the standard current value.
When krypton lamp aging, increase the laser power supply current output, but the ammeter value should not exceed the standard current value of 1.25 times.
For example, when the new krypton lamp is marked, the current value is 20A. After using a period of time, if the current value is raised to 22.5A, the lamp can not be marked properly, then krypton lamp should be replaced.
